Mind Our Mind!

Some of you may have recognized the writings on the right was by the world famous Buddhist Monk Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh who is the Founder of the Plum Village Mindfulness Practice Centre in southwest France.  These were extracts from the book with the title: "This moment is full of wonders" which I bought recently.

When we wake up every day, we open our eyes to begin the day..., then followed by hearing, smelling, tasting, and touching.

You may want to argue that you were awaken by the alarm clock by your bedside.  No matter how, it seems it's our five senses in our five organs (eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body) which lead our way.   But when you look, look deeply, you may find it's our MIND that conquers us!

Look, look deeply, think, think deeply, you will agree with me that we have to "Mind Our Mind" at this and every moment in our daily life and not let our five senses lead our way.
